The Dog House Vision

​

Our studio is a home for all fitness levels and backgrounds to come together as a community.  We hope that by coming to our studio you will leave all of your problems and insecurities at the door so that you can be present, clear your mind, have fun and work hard.  We want you to leave our studios feeling positive and inspired!

What is Spin?​

YOU are in control of your ride.  YOU choose the resistance and intensity!  Our spin classes are low impact, full body, high intensity workouts.  We hit cardio with periods of rest, and add in choreography on our bikes as well as light to medium weights, and resistance bands from time to time.  We ride to the beat of the music and our trained and experienced instructors will guide you through your class with alll of the helpful hints and tips.  We will coach you through resistances and what to expect but ultimately, you get out of your ride what you put into it.

Your Experience

​

Be sure to hydrate before, during and after your workout.  You will also want to have a snack before you come to ensure you have enough energy to make it through the class.  You WILL sweat!  On that note, please wear your favorite workout clothes to get sweaty in!  

Arrive 15 minutes prior to your class to allow yourself time to get your equipment and bikes ready. We will provide you with spin shoes, a towel and dumbbell weights if your class calls for them.  Rest assured, our pack members will help you with your bike set up to ensure your ride is safe and comfortable.  The class length includes the spin, cool down, and guided stretches, followed by a nice cold, refreshing lemongrass towel.  Please try it with us!
